Michael is a Nashville transplant from Los Angeles where he produced the first conference about DSLR video and wrote a collegiate textbook for photo departments teaching video. As a sought after speaker he has held classes and seminars at most of the prestigious photo events including Photo Plus Expo, Palm Springs Photo Festival and LA Photo. He owns a local media company that specializes in photography and video for food and music clients and has recently completed his first full-length music video. His fine art is represented in Los Angeles by the GDCA Gallery and he was awarded first place in the 2016 Tokyo International Foto Awards motion category.
