Earlier this year we posted a story on Sony photographer Robiee Ziegler and her Making Waves Project. For the popular community-driven project, over the last several months Ziegler had been documenting people at their homes while social distancing. Well now the Making Waves Project is back...but this time with a spooky twist. Ziegler (@robiee.zee) and the #MakingWavesProject are teaming up with @strangelosangeles to highlight some of the spookiest and strangest in Los Angeles – featuring historians, cemetery tour guides, makeup artists, ghost hunters and more!
LA photographer Robiee Ziegler (@robiee.zee) & the #MakingWavesProject team up with @strangelosangeles to create a socially-distanced portrait countdown to Halloween.
Using the Sony α7R III and a combination of the Sony 55mm f/1.8, Sony 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 G and a 35mm, Ziegler will capture the spooky stories of these community members through hauntingly beautiful portraiture. “The #MakingWavesProject and @strangelosangeles are teaming up this spooky season to bring you haunting stories and spotlighting some of the spookiest and strangest Angelinos. Stick around to hear ghost stories, find out about some of LA’s most haunted landmarks and see some of the most bizarre collections....that is if you aren’t scared!”
